Domain

Can I use my domain?

Yes, we prefer that you use your domain, and can assist you in purchasing one if you don’t already have one. We will also need your login credentials to point your domain to the new website.

Hosting

Who hosts the website?

EM Launch will host your website. After the 6 month term you will have the option to move to your own hosting if you choose to.

Who owns the site?

You own the site. After the 6 month agreement is fulfilled, you have the option to use your own hosting, or do as your please.

Content

Who provides the photos, videos, text, etc?

You will provide the content. You will have two weeks to provide us with all content. If you need content, we can use stock images, or use what you have on your current website.

We can also provide you with photos/ videos by purchasing one of our content packages, or at our per photo/ video minute rate.

Can you provide us with email addresses @ourdomain.com

No, we do not provide email addresses with the small business web development plans.

We recommend gsuite if you need to setup email addresses using your domain.

Of course, you can keep your current setup if you have one.

SEO

Will the site be SEO friendly?

Yes, on-site SEO best practices will be followed for H tags, meta data, alt text, etc.

Updates

What is included with a monthly update?

A monthly update is considered 1 hour of work. If your updates will go over an hour, we will let you know first.

If needed, you have the option to purchase additional updates at a rate of $150/ hr.

Do updates rollover?

No, updates do not rollover to the next month if unused.
